LFSD_768_SIOD_Boot_Flash_2MB_050321.mcs contains:

Master_768_SIOD_wBoot_0042621.bit (Master_768_SIOD_v3_r0_042621.bit) FPGA ID 0x0B370300

Slave_768_SIOD_v2_r1_011121.bit FPGA ID 0x00B70201

I moved Bootloader to load the Microblaze App from 2MB Up in Flash.

Note: the design is identical to LFSD_768_SIOD_042621.mcs - except the Bootloader loads from 
      2MB Up in Flash.

I also modified the Microblaze App slightly.  I updated the Microblaze ID to reflect
today's date and I modified the Spash Screen to reflect the change of boot location.
